  • You will get standard access to our club WhatsApp group chats, and you will also get British Mountaineering Council (BMC) membership included with your club membership. With our BMC club affiliation, all of our members receive personal liability insurance, as well as gear discounts in a range of outdoor stores- more on this below.

    • Discounted entry at selected walls - including Rock Hub Basildon, where we meet every Tuesday, as well various other walls that accept BMC discount.

    • Ability to borrow club climbing kit and selected guidebook access

    • Regular outdoor meets

    • Discounts across various outdoor retailers - With BMC membership, you can get up to 15% discount across various shops. Some retailers offering this include Cotswold Outdoor, Ellis Brigham, Snow+Rock and more. A full list can be found here.
